F&I pay plan calculator
Enter the month, set the tiers to match your plan, and see how the payout is built. PVR picks the base percentage, kickers move it, reserve pays on its own, and chargebacks come off.

The numbers above are examples, not a real plan and not advice. Check which gross your plan sheet uses for PVR before you rely on the tier. The math runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
How it is figured
PVR
Gross divided by deals, rounded to whole dollars. Many plans figure it from product gross only. Some add reserve. Use whichever your plan sheet says.
Base percentage
The highest tier whose starting PVR the month has reached. The last tier has no upper limit.
Kickers
Extra points from penetration, cash PVR or other measures, added to or taken from the base. Enter their total. The final percentage never drops below zero.
Reserve
Paid at its own flat percentage, outside the tiers, so reserve still pays even when the product percentage is low.
Chargebacks
Enter what actually came off pay, not the canceled product's gross. Dollars in, dollars out.
In DealerCockpit the plan is kept as data and versioned, so a past month is figured under the plan that was live then. See the finance order or read the finance seat story.
Try it in the beta.
DealerCockpit is in beta and we are looking for dealerships to try it as new features arrive. Not everything works as well as we plan yet.
