Each car counts down from the days your store allows, green fresh to red past turn. The days are set per store, and Past turn and Due soon are one click each.
Reduced pricing, worked out for you
A flag that appears on a car by your own rule, such as high mileage or a stock number prefix, so nobody re-flags two hundred cars when the rule changes.
Trades that wait for a decision
A trade is not inventory until its deal delivers. It then lands as Fresh, a holding state, and a person routes it to Recon or Wholesale.
The wholesale board and its sold report
Locations your store manages, a Sold archive, and a monthly report of what each unit brought. The sale is recorded even after the board row is cleaned up.
The loaner log
Days in program, typed or from the date placed, with the VIN beside the stock number. A pulled loaner's clock stops when it leaves.
Auction buys wait to arrive
A car bought at auction is Incoming until someone confirms it is on the lot, so the recon board only carries cars that are here.
Holds and keys you can see
A manager's hold on a unit shows wherever its stock number is searched, and a key check-out shows on the vehicle card.
