Works on day one. Connects as it grows.

The time DealerCockpit saves comes from entering a deal once and every department working from it. That needs no connection to anything. Integrations are an add-on that saves more typing, and this page shows where each one stands.

Status as of September 30, 2026

Works with no integration

  • Every department's screen

Sales, F&I, accounting, service and recon, used cars, delivery and BDC each get their own screen on the same deal, entered once.

  • Bring your spreadsheets with you

Import the monthly workbook you already keep, and export any log back out to Excel or CSV whenever you want it.

  • Reports in the inbox

Pick a log or report, pick the people, pick the days, and it emails itself with the table in the body and the spreadsheet attached.

  • Alerts on the phone

The people on a deal are alerted when something changes, on the bell and on a locked phone.

  • VIN decode

Type a VIN and the year, make and model fill in from the public NHTSA decoder.

  • Sign in by email link

New people get a sign-in link by email, so nobody waits on a password handed across the desk.

DMS connections

  • Tekion

    Live

    Running at Mohawk Chevrolet, read-only.

At that store it reads vehicle and deal details when a deal is written, the posted gross, the contract-in-transit amount at delivery, inventory, and repair orders, so the team types less. Changes from the DMS can be held for a person to review before they apply. It runs on that store's own Tekion access.

  • Tekion at your store

    Needs your store's API keys

Needs API access issued to your dealership.

Each dealership needs its own API access from Tekion, such as enterprise API keys, on Tekion's terms. Mohawk Chevrolet's access cannot be shared. Once you have yours, we set the connection up with you.

  • Other DMS providers

    Not started

CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealertrack and others.

No connection is built for these yet. Which one comes next depends on what dealerships tell us they run, so put your DMS on the request form. DealerCockpit works without any connection in the meantime.

How a connection works

  • Read-only

DealerCockpit reads from your DMS so less is typed twice. It never writes to it. Your DMS stays your accounting record.

  • You stay in control

Changes that come from the DMS can be held for a person to review before they apply, and anything a person typed is never overwritten without a check.

  • Your own access

A connection uses your dealership's credentials from your DMS provider. Nothing is shared between stores, and each store has its own database.

What is in progress

These depend on DMS providers, so we give no dates. When one changes, this page changes.

  • Employee roster from Tekion

    Waiting on the DMS provider

Links each person to their Tekion user so a new salesperson's first deal resolves cleanly. Needs approval inside the DMS before it returns data.

  • Monthly financial statement figures

    Waiting on the DMS provider

Would let the service recap fill its department figures without typing. We are asking Tekion whether the statement can be read through the API.

  • Service appointment counts

    Waiting on the DMS provider

Would let the service side see appointments set per day without a hand count. We are asking Tekion whether that data can be read through the API.

  • A connection for a second DMS

    Not started
